Laser welding

Laser welding is one of  the latest techniques for joining various types of materials. LaserTherm uses laser systems for the welding of a broad spectrum of metal materials with optimum results. Laser welding is suitable for the welding of structural steels, stainless steels, aluminium, titan and copper.

Laser cladding

Laser cladding is suitable for casting and compression moulds repairs and for deposition of metal, ceramic and composite layers significant with wide range of material characters - hardness, wear resistance, high-temperature and chemical stability. In comparison with conventional methodes the laser cladding exceeds in high quality of the deposited layers (low porosity), very good adhesion and cohesion and low thermal influence of the base material.

In close cooperation with the Research Centre of the University of West Bohemia (NTC), we provide complete analyses of the processed components (metallographic analysis, optical and electron microscopy, measurements of optical or thermal properties and thermal fields).
